Meet the Team

  • Reagan Roethe

    Creator/Owner

Known by few as TicToc. Is part human, part robot. Wants authors to be rich beyond the dreams of avarice. Dark Souls legend. Tries to play tennis like Sampras. Relishes in sending emails at 3 am.

  • David King

    Design Director

Ginger's official spokesperson. Requires peanut butter whiskey for maximum creativity. Only calls on one man for cover design advice. If David’s reading this, it may need to be repeated.

  • Minna Rothe

    Key Advisor and Coordinator

Mother of Dragons. Can’t be knocked down, except one time, when a horse kicked her in the mouth. Self-motivated and relentless. Giggles uncontrollably when wine is involved.

  • Mary Ellen Bramwell

    Acquisitions and Developmental Editor

Slayer of word echo and filler of plot holes. Slightly obsessed with jigsaw puzzles and board games. Oh, and has five children and a husband, mostly grown. Chocolate enthusiast and known for giving impractical, amusing gifts.

  • Ashley Schwartzkopf

    Sales and Marketing Manager

Questions the worldbuilding of everything. Aspires to live in a hobbit hole, but is allergic to flowers. Runs on determination and two cups of coffee to complete a task. Will stand outside to watch a storm roll in.

  • Louisa de Paula

    Marketing and Social Media Manager

Reads horror to relax, literary fiction to overthink, and estate sale price tags for sport. Can rarely leave an antique store empty-handed. Proud servant to one very spoiled cat, who firmly believes the apartment belongs to her. Is perpetually convincing herself she has room for just one more book.

  • JJ Broadnax

    Audio Project Manager

Known to dress for winter in the summer time. Avid reader of Christian fiction, psychological thrillers, and occasionally a biography. May be found rummaging the pantry late at night for chips and candy.

  • Lianne Bennett

    Head Acquisition Editor

Believer in flower power and the power of words. Creator of extensive personal vocabulary heard by many, understood by few. Certified crazy cat lady. Loves sand between the toes, sun on the skin, drink in hand.

  • Jodi Davis

    Associate Line Editor

Drinks coffee as black as her old soul. Nonfiction aficionado. Roots for multiple sports teams that win just enough to give a false sense of hope. Moonlights as a therapist; still prefers horses and dogs to people.

  • Randi Rotramel

    Associate Line Editor

Bleeds burnt orange. Self-proclaimed ice cream connoisseur. Likes playing doctor in her spare time. 28 but still gets offered the kids menu at restaurants. Would rather sit at the kids table anyway.

  • Sanjana Senthil

    Freelance Strategies

Studying Russian, Business, and International Studies at Penn. Either very cool or a red flag depending on who you ask. Writes fiction, plays guitar, plays piano — overachiever or just bad at picking one hobby. Older sister, which explains a lot. Argues fake court cases for fun. Working on the rest.
