BRW Author Fest 2024 is Black Rose Writing’s Second Annual Author Convention in San Antonio, TX, at The Hotel Contessa located on the Riverwalk. The invite is for BRW authors only, where authors will meet and learn from Reagan Rothe and our staff, as well as several guest speakers. We will have two full days of learning, networking, and fun. The ticket cost is $199. Travel and hotel room is not included, but we have secured an incredible rate of $209 per night (eligible for stays Sep 9-11, 2023) for The Hotel Contessa. It is a great rate, especially since all of their guestrooms are Suites! Each room is at least 500 sq ft of personal space.

Once your ticket is purchased, we will send you information on booking at The Hotel Contessa, where our meeting will be held. We are currently limiting our event to the first 100 authors, so don’t wait! *The ticket is eligible for partial refunds until June 16, 2024, then there is no refund for cancellation.

Coffee, refreshments, and lunch will be provided each meeting day.
