Royalties & Author Copies
-
Royalty statements are issued twice yearly, generally in February and August, according to the terms of the publishing agreement.
-
Royalties are calculated from net receipts, after applicable retailer and distribution deductions and printing costs where relevant, rather than simply multiplying the cover price by the royalty percentage.
