BRW AuthorFest 2026 (Nashville, TN)

We are thrilled to announce BRW AuthorFest 2026!
Join us for two incredible days of learning, networking, and fun with fellow Black Rose Writing authors, our team members, and special guest speakers (to be announced).

This year, for the first time ever, we are allowing authors to bring a plus one — this can be your spouse or partner who helps support your writing journey, your agent, or your editor.

Note: The additional ticket will be 50% off the current rate. The plus one cannot be a fellow author.

📍 When & Where

• Dates: July 30 – July 31, 2026

• Times: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day

• Location: Noelle Hotel, Nashville, TN

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days to keep you fueled and ready to make the most of this event.

💰 Ticket Pricing

• Early Bird Rate: $299 (available through Dec 31, 2025)

• Standard Rate: $349 (beginning Jan 1, 2026)

• +1 Discounted Ticket: 50% off current rate

Please note: While the ticket pricing has increased this year, 100% of the cost goes directly toward covering the venue, meals, speaker fees, and event expenses. Black Rose Writing does not profit from this event — our goal is to create the best possible experience for our authors.

Important Registration Details

• Registration closes July 1, 2026.

• After July 1, 2026, tickets cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for any hotel charges even if you are unable to attend.

• This policy is necessary to meet hotel commitments and avoid unexpected and unnecessary costs for Black Rose Writing.
