Join us for two incredible days of learning, networking, conversation, and fun with fellow Black Rose Writing authors, our team members, and special guest speakers.
After an amazing AuthorFest in Nashville, we’re heading west for 2027 — Salt Lake City, Utah!
Authors are once again welcome to bring a plus one — your spouse or partner who supports your writing journey, agent, editor, or another important member of your publishing support team.
How the +1 discount works: Add two AuthorFest registrations to your cart. The 25% discount on the second ticket will automatically apply at checkout.
The plus one cannot be a fellow author.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days to keep everyone fueled and ready to make the most of AuthorFest.

Early Bird Rate: $299 — available through December 31, 2026
Standard Rate: $349 — beginning January 1, 2027
+1 Ticket: 25% off the current registration rate
100% of registration fees go directly toward the venue, meals, speaker fees, and other AuthorFest expenses. Black Rose Writing does not profit from this event. Our goal is simply to create the best possible experience for our authors and team.
Important Registration Details
Registration closes June 30, 2027.
Tickets are non-refundable after June 1, 2027 due to final event commitments and expenses.
Additional travel and hotel information will be shared as we get closer to AuthorFest.

BRW AuthorFest Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Before Apr 1: Cancellations will be charged 25% of individual's total registration amount.
April 1 - April 30: Cancellations will be charged 50% of individual's total registration amount.
May 1 - May 31: Cancellations will be charged 75% of individual's total registration amount.
After Jun 1, 2027: No refund for cancellation. *Authors will be responsibly for paying the room charges that Black Rose Writing has to cover.
